On this day of discovery (at Grandma and Grandpas home) River's friendship with all our dogs was overwhelming in emotions. River and Sasha bonded in an extremely deep level; yet as I go back and discover ALL the photos I snapped of River--the lens captured his interaction with many of our dogs, not just Sasha. Here, he is cuddling our toy poodle: Molly! Molly came to us years ago after an unfortunate encounter with a couple of dogs who tore her throat open and left her for dead in a neighborhood of Rockford, IL. Molly survived the attack and she may be small, but she is mighty and she, too~~ showed such love for our young grandson.
