Last summer, when I was out in Martha's Garden, I was shooting all the flora and fauna that finds its way in...and saw a rambunctious sort of bee out of the corner of my eye. I went over to the rose bush where it seemed to be working...and I suddenly realized, as I looked through the lens of my camera that the bee was cutting our circles of the leaves and flying off with them only to fly back within seconds for another round! It was my first encounter with a Leaf-Cutter Bee!
