This is along the banks of the Arkansas River as it cuts through and divides the city of Wichita, Kansas A historically diverse Native American settlement was the origin of this precise area. This bridge which is a walking bridge and bridge supports are the feature of this image! As a matter of fact, the bridge leads to a National Historical Monument celebrating Native American culture in this area and has an over one hundred eighty foot tall "Keeper Of The Plains" Sculpture of a chie - the inspiration of the great "Black Bear Bosin"
