Another shot from Pakiri, New Zealand a really amazing dark sky site and a best place to be during the dark sky week. This place definitely should be a dark sky reserve.

Also, i've started noticing that the amp noise in my camera has significantly increased as i spend more night taking long exposure images. I remember the images being clean when i bought my camera, but now you can see in this image around the corners there is a purple tint (amp noise)

Exif: 20sec, ISO 6400, 18mm with 18-55 on Nikon D5100

For this frame i gave a try at ISO 6400 to see what happens as the sky was really dark, Turned out pretty well
