I was new to photography when i took this picture and at the time i was very interested in the technique of capturing movement of water. I didnt have any filters, shutter remote or a tripod and this was shot during daylight hours! I used the great technique of balancing my camera on my camera bag while setting a 10 second timer and hoped for the best! I think it turned out pretty well :)
