Quite a few works of yours possess the "wow" factor. For me personally, it's this gem. I would hang it on a wall. It's like supersymmetry finally has been visualised! Marvellous photograph.

Precision of lines, composition over all cannot be matched. It is a monolith to be worshiped.

For me the black rectangle on the side of the building does it. Symmetry, lines: beautiful - then THAT little surprise. Great stuff!

MiddayLighting
I needed the low winter sun to rise above the surrounding buildings enough to light up the edges of the buildings, so although I found the composition earlier in the morning I waited around until the light was right for what I needed.Equipment
Canon 5Dmkii converted to Mono infrared. Lee Big Stopper, Tamron 24-70MM USMInspiration
I enjoy the lines and forms of architectural photography, and so often wander around the city looking up to see what shapes buildings form against the sky. I loved the way the corner of this office block created a sharp triangle within another triangle of negative space. I shot using my infrared camera as it is very good at pulling details out of shadows, perfect for shots like this.Editing
Shooting in Infrared means that the Raw file needs quite a lot of adjustment to create a finished image. Lots of tonal adjustments, mainly to curves and levels. In my camera bag

When shooting architecture, it always pays to look up. Shooting upwards distorts perspective, and many buildings have greta details and forms that go unnoticed at ground level.
