Sinaia, Romania...This is the site for quite a few Hallmark movies " A Princess for the Holidays" and A Royal Matchmaker to name a couple.
However one is to look at it- it is still a beautiful castle. It has been renovated. But some rooms have been closed for special invitations only. Funny, the castle is still in litigation when it comes to the Royal Family, but it seems that the Hallmark Channel has an ongoing contract to use this castle whenever they want..... Afterall; I just saw another three movies filmed here ( A Royal Wedding-made into three parts).
