Behind The Lens

Location

Photo taken in Aalsmeer on the street Uiterweg in the Netherlands.

Time

In the evening, the bridge looked beautiful, so I chose time after 23 to nothing bothered me in selecting the exposure because the street is fairly highly frequented.Photo made in 2010.09.03 11:17 PM

Lighting

Hundereds was hard to set the camera to the street lights do not zakłucały frame, I made a couple of shots to choose the shutter speed. I chose the white balance automatically.

Equipment

My camera is a Sony Alpha-200, a standard 18-70mm lens set to 18mm, I set the camera on a tripod and I used a cable release.ISO 100; F-10; time-15s.

Inspiration

I love taking night shots because they are a big challenge and sometimes photographs reveal hidden szczegóły.Ten bridge was beautifully lit and very interesting to see how the picture will come out mixing different light.

Editing

The original picture size is jpge in Photoshop corrected blue colors of the cores, a little saturation and sharpness. Also decreased because these strong lights were burned out. I cut the image slightly.

In my camera bag

I use only one camera Alpha-200, I have three lenses, the standard 18-70mm, Tamron 55-200 and the Tamron 70-300. For more, unfortunately I can not afford. I just used the equipment to move the asterisk to the cheapest I could afford. Also have a small studio portable umbrellas.

Feedback

Photos of the night for me always unknown, sometimes you need to make several shots to catch this one. Always use a tripod and hose you need (or use the self-timer). I know that you need to avoid strong direct relationship of the light source shining into the lens. I think the most important thing, patience and a lot of luck as you can see in the picture ran over several cars and are visible streaks of light.
