Withdrawn

I do not openly talk about depression although it has been something that I have struggled with for years. Today the gloomy weather has influenced my mood as it usually does. I find sometimes its easier to be happy if the sun is shining, but I know that it can't shine all the time, just like it can't rain all the time either. When these moods take over its easy for me to withdraw into myself and not want to face the day. Art has been an outlet for these times, through art I can express myself in ways I never thought possible. Through art I let my soul speak and I feel free.
