Behind The Lens

Location

This photo has been taken in san José del Cabo, in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

Time

As you can see was in the late afternoon, the sun was quite up in the sky but the beautiful red light of the sunset was already burning the sky.

Lighting

With this photo i wanted share the sensation of quite and relax I felt when I was there. The people going home, the sun go down..there were some nostalgia too. I wanted catch the warm light of the sun without make the colors and the silhouette to strong.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D800 with a 16-85 f3.5 DX.

Inspiration

The view itself. I wasn't there specifically to take this photo. Like most of the time I just move with my camera and I take photo about what I meet on my way.

Editing

I don't like post-processing. I like take photo with my eyes and my camera, not with a computer.

In my camera bag

Because I'm traveling around the world hitch-hiking and I don't have a fixed house I can't bring with me a lot of equipment. A Nikon D800 with a 16-85 f3.5 is my lens for everything and a 300mm 2.8 with a 2x teleconverter with a tripod are my equipment for wildlife.

Feedback

Do like me, just go out and let the world inspire you.
