I love this so much... just wish there was not a boat off on the LH side... possibly more in the distance. The colors of the central mountains is amazing.. If not for the boats....

Taken on my first trip to Milford Sounds NZ,was blessed with clear fine conditions which is unusual to this part of the world,because of the terrain along this coastline high rainfall is expirenced annuallyTime
Taken about 5 .15 pm in the evening as we returned from cruising the sounds on a day tripLighting
with the light playing on the water, the mountains in the background appeared so magestic & clear this scene was just begging to be takenEquipment

At this time I have moved to a Fujifilm XT-1 from a Canon 7D Fuji 18-135mm ,& 35mm f1.4 Canon 10-22mm & Tamron 70-300mm various NDfilters ,polirizing filters & Slik pistol head carbon fiber tripodFeedback
I was lucky with this shot as I was standing on deck of moving vessel and took shot at 1/30th sec which is very slow under the conditions;; on dry land a slow shutter speed with small aperture & lowest ISO plus set up a polirizing filter to enhance colour saturation
