And now, the rest of the story... The smell of Maple Syrup permeates the air mixing with a bit of the smell of the smoke from burning wood. There are smiles everywhere as visitors get to taste the warm syrup being produced. Even though it's the end of March, a fresh blanket of icy snow, and the trees are adorned with icicles and taps. Jim loves what he does and the smile says it all.
