I had been working hard going through physical therapy to prepare myself for my trip to Northern Ireland. I had ruptured my Achilles and my goal through all the therapy was to be able to be hiking by the time I went on my trip. Luckily the hard work paid off and I was able to traverse the steep hillside down to the rocky beach. After bobbling as I walked across the big slippery boulders I finally pieced together this composition. Just as I went to shoot the sky lit up and I captured one of my favorite images I've ever created
