A Long-Eared Owl was raising it's young and the adults are usually a strictly night time only flier. But with having hungry chicks to feed they sometimes are out hunting a few hours before dark. On this occasion i got lucky and had an overhead flyby with the adult Owl looking straight into the lens of my camera.
