I took this close up of Perce Rock on a cruise that leaves from the Percé wharf and takes you to Bonaventure Island. I took a couple of shots while passing close by the famous Perce Rock. The boat allows you to go ashore at Bonaventure Island and take the hike of your choice to the world-famous Northern Gannet colony with its thousands of these marine birds nest on the island's cliffs. ©Copyright 2002 Lorraine Palumbo.
