The moment you control your emotions, is the moment it starts to disappear from your life. Best of luck to all that decide to give it up this year, and if any are just considering it, think of this statistic, almost half of smokers, die from smoking!

I can relate, I never smoked but I grew up with parents who were both heavy smokers. As they got older both had serious health issues so they "Let it go". Dad would still sneak a cigarette break now & then though...
