Rediscovered Moments is a personal art project to restore and recompose images from a box of old, discarded 35mm slides I found in a second hand art supplies store in Boulder, Colorado. Most are badly faded and scratched, and many are from the 50s and 60s. One of my most satisfying projects!

Location
Like most of the other compositions from this project, I have no information on where this was taken, or who the original photographer was. I only know that it was taken around 1955. That is what has made this project so engaging - trying to research and discover small details about the subjects.Time

The “Rediscovered Moments” project has resulted in a number of amazing compositions. This one is special to me as the Jeep truck featured here is the ancestor of the Jeep Gladiator I drive in my photography business.Editing

I normally shoot with a Canon EOS 5DSR and a Canon EOS R mirrorless. With an adapter I am able to share all of my lenses across both cameras. I shoot most things on a ProMaster tripod with a Benro geared head.Feedback
