Behind The Lens

Location

I decided to do a short morning hike in the salt river canyon in Arizona’s Sonoran desert to clear my head before work. I didn’t plan on photographing anything, but grabbed the camera just in case

Time

About 730 in the morning on my way to work. It was a spur of the moment decision to stop for a quick hike

Lighting

Well there is good reason the whole world has heard about Arizona’s sunrises and sunsets

Equipment

The first real camera I’ve ever had. I saved up and bought a used canon T100 that came with 1 (the basic 18-55) lense from someone online

Inspiration

I’m not sure. They looked like guardians keeping watch over the desert.

Editing

I added a small amount of contrast to the image

In my camera bag

???? I don’t even have a bag. I barely have equipment. The one lense I have is attached to the camera already

Feedback

anything that makes you pause to look at it for even 3 seconds is worth capturing
