My trip to Iceland had mostly gloomy and rainy days, except for the last one when I was blessed with five hours of golden light on the captivating Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Armed with my camera, I set out to photograph hidden gems in the neighborhood, although some, like the magnificent cliffs and mountains, were too dangerous due to hurricane winds. When driving between locations I stumbled upon a mesmerizing cloud formation over the bay, This unplanned photoshoot reminded me that the true joy of photography lies in embracing unexpected moments and finding beauty in every corner of the world.
