I was actually admiring this Mercedes 230sl when I noticed two skateboarders waiting for a crowd to disperse. Immediately I knew what they were trying to do; clear a path along the steps so that they could grind along it. I knew there and then that this nice shot of the car would be 100x better if I was just a little patient and waiting for them to achieve their goal. I'm glad I waited because as you can see, it adds so much more to the overall composition of this shot!

Be aware of your surroundings, don't shoot first and think later (easier said than done), take a moment to assess the environment you are shooting in and see if you can use said environment to your advantage (like I have done here)
