Location
Our cats love our out door furniture! When I got home one day all kittens were in the sofa, and dad came to lay down at his favourite spot, but that spot was already occupied by one of the kittens. Dad gently sat down on his spot, I guess in order to in an easy manner tell the kitten that it was his spot.Time

It was quite harsh natural light, but there is a transparent roof in the out door room that diffused the light. You can actually see the reflection of the roof in the kittens eye.Equipment
I used my old "pocket camera", a Canon Powershot S90.Inspiration
The cats inspired me. I saw the image and grabbed the camera from my pocket, and took one picture. That's it!Editing
I like to play around in Photoshop, but this photo is actually straight out of the camera.In my camera bag
I like to have light and compact equipment. When I do casual shooting, I usually just pack my EOS R8 with my trusty RF 35mm f/1,8. When I do work, I use the equipment needed. The old Powershot S90 that I used for this picture is rarely with me anymore. It is old and beaten up, now days I use my phone for the "seize the opportunities shots".Feedback
An old and bad camera takes much better pictures than no camera. I always have a camera with me where ever I go. If nothing else, I have my phone. The second best tip is to always have your eyes open for good images!
