Shot on the TC Backlot, East Vancouver, BC.. I brought in about 6 female models to pose with up to 11 bikes in various stages of their builds.. one being Todd Bertuzzi's custom VTwin.
FYI: A "Backlot" is an area that is sequestered from public view but usually built to mimic streets or urban areas.. this one being a full city block in size and was used for productions like Dark Angel, Cat Woman (with Halle Berry) and Smallville, to name but a few. Looking in from the street it looked like a lot of plywood structures that were maybe half- done.. once inside it was a post- apocalyptic city with shops, a bridge overhead, houses, and more. It was.. magical to be on that set.
The shoot inspired ideas that would lead to working on a pre- production TV show that crumbled under my feet.
