This is a loaf of bread that I just baked using a gluten-free bread mix, with added ingredients. I added a finely diced apple, 1-2 cup raisins, 1 Tsp Black Strap molasses, and 3 Tbsp honey, plus 2 extra eggs in addition to the 2 eggs called for in the menu. I call it a mince-meat bread.
