photo from inside of the burnt remains of a Historic building, built in the 1920's, it originally served as an Ice House and the cities Morgue, but the building fell prey to the curse that has troubled the inhabitants of the city since the early 1700's. A curse cast by the remaining Akokisa tribe after being mass murdered and run off of their land by the new white settlers. The Akokisa tribe cursed the land so that any new buildings built on the land would burn to the ground, and they have. All structures that stand in the historic city of Old Town Spring, Texas have been moved from other locations and re-settled here. And you didn't believe in curses did you???
