A couple weeks ago, I was out running errands near Bozeman, MT when I came across this bald eagle standing off the road in a nearby field. Because I never leave home without my camera, I pulled off to grab a few shots. It quickly flew away as I got out of my truck, but thankfully I was still able to capture a few images in flight. This was one of my favorites because, if zoomed in, you can spot a little blood on her beak from her afternoon meal!
