Behind The Lens
Location
I did take this picture at Hasliberg, a ski area above Meiringen in the Swiss alps, where we spent our winter holidays.Time
We got some fresh snow overnight and while our kids were in snowboard school, I hade time to explore the area by myself and find the most beautiful spots. It was still morning and not too many people around.Lighting
The natural morning light from the left side gives that dramatic look to the mountains in the back.Equipment
The picture was shot with my Sony A7R3 and the FE 24-70 2.8 GM lens.Inspiration
I love winter and the beauty of fresh snow. We didn't get much of the white gold last winter, so I'm more than happy with this shot.Editing
I didn't have to do a lot with this picture. The light was perfect and I only had to work a little on the white balance and the contrast. In my camera bag
I work with two sony cameras, the A7R3 and the A7. Much more important in my opinion are great lenses, as the 24-70 2.8 I used on that shot.Feedback
Go out there and shoot, if you get some perfect conditions! You never know, when it's gonna happen again... ;-)
