Thank you for the comments. What surprised me was the older fuji camera managed what my fancy smanch cameras haven't. Maybe it is a weight thing. LOL.
With the cropping, having worked in the TV industry for some 40 years my instinct is to stick with wide frame for air. We were so thrilled when we moved to 16:9 then HiDef. Old habits die way to hard:}
