Location
I took this photo at work during a slow down. I directed one of our food runners on how to photograph this image and they pressed the button. That's me in the picture.
Time
I believe this was around 6pm. The ambiance is amazing around this time.
Lighting
I wanted to capture this image using only the restaurant lighting, I wanted it to be organic and natural looking.
Equipment
I used a Canon RP with the trusty nifty fifty (50mm f1.8) shot it wide open using 1600 iso. The camera sat on the half wall for support and only used the restaurant lighting.

Inspiration
Work wanted some images for the website being updated. I photographed a few employees and one of them was interested in what I was doing, so I had her setup this shot for me.
Editing
I do use Lightroom for all my photographs and this particular image needed a florescent lighting fix. Florescent lighting will make your images look green. I also do minor shadow, and lighting adjustments.
In my camera bag
I always have two primes and a telephoto lens in my bag. I have the 50mm and a 24mm lens and the Tamron 70-300 mm lens. Extra batteries are a must and a lint free cloth.
Feedback
Keep it simple, shoot wide open, don't be afraid to up your iso, shoot in manual mode and use something sturdy for your camera and always always!! shoot raw.
