Behind The Lens

Location

I love being able to take photos and too to to show as much detail as possible. Literally this was taken in my back yard right after a summer rain.

Time

Cloudy as it had just rained but in a late summer afternoon.

Lighting

Photography sometimes is all about luck and when things align just right. I love black and white photography and the lighting helped illuminate the rain drops

Equipment

My little Nikon took this picture, no additional lens, hand held with no tripod.

Inspiration

Loved the detail that I saw with the raindrops on the flower and looking at this picture I can still smell the rain, the warmth of the day, and how clean everything looked

Editing

There was no post processing, my Nikon has a feature that automatically takes black and white photos and that is what I utilize when I took this photo I have a Canon

In my camera bag

I have a Canon t6 that is my new go to camera with all of my lenses and gear, I take my Nikon with me if I want to take a quick photo
