Location
This was taken in NH . It was the Fourth of July and very small family party for our grandsons 5 th birthday .Time
It was late afternoon and we were gathered under a canopy . This gorgeous little male GSD only about 4 months is taking turns flopping on us or just sitting and looking up at us! Couldn’t resist the shot!Lighting
It was a gamble on the lighting. We were under a canopy and the sun was behind me but just starting to go down. Thankful I had enough light!Equipment
I took this shot using my NIKON. 18-55 mm lens. No other equipment used.Inspiration
I love GSD’s ! My gallery includes photos of my GSD Darkley Armagh. My son has the same love! As a preteen we got him his first GSD. She lived into his adulthood and marriage. With Covid-19 he brought home a 8month old male and then Bjorn who is about 4months! The faithfulness and compassion shows in this puppy! Makes my heart skip!Editing
In the editing process I cropped a chair leg and human foot out to get the full Bjorn image . I believe I touched up the highlights and then said looks great! In my camera bag
This old woman has 2bags of equipment! I always have my NIKON D7200. Usually mounted on myNIKON is a 55- 300 mm DX. In my small bag I also carry my NIKON 18 - 55 mm DX and a micro NIKKOR 40 mm 1:28G. If out for day of shooting I take my backpack with 8 other lenses and my NIKON D5000 and of course a tripod! My name is Beth and ViewBug is my addiction!Feedback
I try to take a camera everywhere! My poor husband is forever hearing,”pull over please”! I take a lot of nature and landscape photos and would like to find myself open to more architecture. My heart and eye are still stuck in the beauty one sees. Find whatever makes your heart sing and Persue it!
