This is the second time I have captured lightning. Also this is a prime example of how the Met Office have been out of tune with their weather reporting, as this one had been forecast for the next day, so I was actually at home, it was almost midnight, and I had to get out of bed....nonetheless, I got it. Not in the best of locations, as my washing line kept getting in the shot, the lightning was pretty much right above my house.

I just found the shell like this, at the bottom of a small sand dune, whatever is living inside must have been having some fun.
