Behind The Lens

Location

Half Moon Bay in California

Time

It was in the afternoon on a Sunday.

Lighting

The natural light was at the right angle to give me reflection off the water and on to the under side of the pier.

Equipment

Nikon D3x along with a 4.5 14mm wide angle lens and a Manfrotto Tripod

Inspiration

I like taking images of imperfect or Flawed if you like and giving character to it. Black and White does that for me. I didn't want to do the prefect pier image I have seen before.

Editing

I took the raw file and brought out all the detail and process it as a infrared Black and White Image

In my camera bag

I have a Nikon D3x's ,Nikon D2x and a Nikon D800 with 3 nikon zoom lens 28-200mm, 28-110mm Marco and a 70-300 as well as a ....mono pod and tripod
