Behind The Lens

Location

It was a Sunday at a church, at the garden beside the pathway, saw this blooming rose, so attractive that i can't ignore to not to take a shot.

Time

Taken in the afternoon, almost 4 o'clock.

Lighting

No flash, just natural sunlight.

Equipment

Shot with Canon 600D with 18-55mm kit lens. No tripod, just let someone hold on the stem so it wont moved and hold your breathe then click.

Inspiration

I just loved to shoot flowers, especially roses, blooming red roses.

Editing

No serious post-processing, I'm just using Picasa.

In my camera bag

Canon 600D, a 18-55 Canon lens, 18-200 Tamron, CPL, ND400, extra battery, remote.

Feedback

I don't cut flowers to shoot, if there's a strong wind, let someone hold your subject. Place the subject facing the sunlight. Just focus and take several shots.
