So this is what the little b...... looks like from close up. I get horrendous bites from them every summer. Great Macro!

I think you could be getting mixed up with the common Horsefly this little fella is 2" Long and very stocky and a Man died a little while back from a bite from one of these some people can have a severe allergic reaction so avoid at all costs ( :

I thought this was a bumble bee...Beautiful and so defined and clear. Although I'm not a bug fan especially of those that bite. I Love this. Thanks
