I just love this area of trees which are `Poplar Trees` which was planted to shelter some wonderful lakes furher down the lane!

Yes a Horse Fly,Deer Fly from the Tabanid group
about 50mm Long and quite a stocky insect and not to be confused with the common horse fly and beware

Just taking a walk through the woods and this fella walked out!
