Behind The Lens

Location

in an old dilapidated building in Kostroma, Russia.

Time

it was a rainy afternoon. just right after a quick shower.

Lighting

nice and cloudy. plenty of soft light.

Equipment

i think i shot it with a canon 7D camera and i mounted a small canon 40/2.8 lens that i have been testing at that moment.

Inspiration

the model herself. we took plenty of static shots and decided to do something action-y.

Editing

it's mostly Lightroom. i did used some Photoshop in the end for additional blur and sharpness.

In my camera bag

right now it's canon 6D and canon 85/1.8 my favorite combo

Feedback

it took us a while to get the floating hair just right. i believe this was the last shot of the photoshoot. don't give up. do a lot of takes to nail it down.
