Location
This photo was taken in Edina Minnesota at a place called Centennial Lakes. Centennial lakes is a man-made Park and Lake area. It’s a former gravel pit. I think I caught the sun just right as I walked under the bridge.Time
I believe it was in the mid afternoon. The lighting was good and I saw this shot and just took it.Lighting
The sun was going down is probably three or four in the afternoon and I was getting good shadows and good reflections from the water some people call this golden time I guess.Equipment
I shot this on my iPhone 12s. I always carry my phone with me when I’m out so if I see something that is of interest to me I can take a photograph of it. The phone of course was handheld.Inspiration
The light and the shadows. The reflections on the water flowing under the bridges. The blue sky visible between the two bridges. And then the fire background under the first bridge the park.Editing
I honestly didn’t do anything to this picture until I posted to the site. Then I chose one of the presets that was available. It was kind of serendipity. In my camera bag
I don’t have a bag. I just carry my camera or the phone in my pocket.Feedback
Just keep your eyes open, beware of what’s around you and shoot it if you think it looks good.
