Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Grand Marais Minnesota. Early mornings in Grand Marais are usually pretty foggy. I was walking along the harbor and could only see this sailboat and I knew it was the perfect opportunity for a photo!

Time

Morning time around 10 a.m.

Lighting

It was cloudy and foggy

Equipment

Sony a6500 with a 16mm 1.4 lens

Inspiration

I always have loved mysterious looking photos and this is about as mysterious as it gets!

Editing

Not much honestly, just basic editing; contrast/brightness/exposure

In my camera bag

Always have my Sony a6500 with my 16mm 1.4 and a 15-50mm along with my dji mavic air drone

Feedback

I rarely get photos that I absolutely love but if you just keep on it, never give up, you will eventually get that photo that you’ve always wanted! Thanks ViewBug!! ????
