Location
The photo was taken at Saintes Maries de la Mer, in South of FranceTime
It was in the afternoon in May. It was a sunny but cold and crisp day by the sea. You could smell the salt of the water in the breeze.Lighting
Tis shot is taken with 100% natural light.Equipment
I had a Nikon D200 at the time, I also used a 70-200 zoom lens Nikon. I did not use a tripod.Inspiration
I love taking photos of horses in different environments. I travel around the world to be able to take shots of different breeds. So far I traveled to Spain, Portugal, USA, Iceland and France. In France I love talking shots of the wild camargue horses. These are white horses and with the scenery in the background they create amazing shots.Editing
I have very minimal post processing in this shot. A little bit cropping and a touch of increase in clarity thats all.In my camera bag
Normally I would have two different zoom lenses Nikon70-200 and Nikon 80-300 zoom lenses, Bean bags, Protective clear filters for the less. I do not use tripod or any other filterFeedback
I would say patience and lots of shots. Experiement with different light conditions: Morning, evening, golden hour or even sun high up during the day.
