Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at about 6.30 in the morning on an early autumn day from one of the top floors of the AON office building in Chicago. The Bean has always attracted me for its fluid shape and reflective surface. This is one of many shots I took of the Cloud Gate on that day and some other.

Time

6:30 to 7:00 in the morning

Lighting

A clear and crisp morning

Equipment

Canon 5dm4 and Canon 70-200 USM

Inspiration

The Bean or the Cloud Gate. A drop of mercury bathing in the sunrays

Editing

Framing and slightly raised contrast. I also had to dehaze to remove the reflections on the office window glass.
