This photo was taken outside my best friends house! She kindly volunteered to help me with this photography project for school. All the candy was shot at Dylan’s Candy Bar in NYC!Time
Probably mid day!Lighting
Not particularly!Equipment
I used my old camera, a Nikon d5200. This was one of my first photography projects, so I don’t think I actually had much gear with me at the time. I definitely didn’t have a Tripod or flash. My lens is a zoom lens 18-200 mm.Inspiration
This photo was part of a series I did for my AP photography class. The concept behind the series was that as adults, we are all still children at heart. Each photo in the series expressed a different emotion, this one was excitement.Editing
LOTS! This is quite a heavily photoshopped image. It actually fell into the digital art category for the AP exam, not even photography. I photoshopped all the candy into the scene and also highlighted and enhanced my friends makeup by adding extra blush and freckles. In my camera bag
This is a very old photo from when I was still a teenager. It’s probably more relevant to discuss what I use now! I shoot with a Nikon z7ii and a prime lens at 35mm. I have a man froto tripod, and the latest addition to my kit is a WANDRD backpack - I absolutely love it. I also use a Nikon flash.Feedback
