Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at a production company in Los Angeles. After getting a new camera, we wrangled some employees for a photo test.

Time

This was taken around 2:30 near a back roll up gate facing the LA river

Lighting

All natural lighting !

Equipment

Sony A7S ii with a 35mm 2.8.

Inspiration

Just wanted to check shutter speed capabilities with the new Sony camera body at the time.

Editing

Photo was shot in black and white originally, and a little adjustments with shadows and contrast were made.

In my camera bag

Currently: Panasonic Gh5, rokinon 7.5mm, Panasonic 14-140mm 3.5, crane 2, mavic 2 pro.

Feedback

Just know your numbers, and what the true capabilities of your equipment are. Most technology is realistically very similar now a days, unless your in the 10k price range; so it is important to know your tools.
