Location
Taken in a derelict army camp in Staffordshire in the UK - the site was waiting to be demolished for housing and in a very poor condition almost all the roofs were gone and water was prevalent throughout. We were about to give in and go home but found this building !!Time
On a very cold day late into the day we had been exploring the site for some time when we found this area close to the main road and in 20 minutes knocked this series outLighting
Just natural light most of it is backlit any front light is provided by the hole in the roof. - Total cloud cover and raining too so a reasonably high ISO.Equipment
Olympus OMD-5Mk 1 with a Pro lens, no lights or flash just natural light - camera hand heldInspiration
The site was totally derelict and the light gave a lot to the site. Totally unloved and a model who loves being nude and the possibility of being caught out by a dog walker or rambler. Push light to the limit, plus the starkness of the site. Just not where you would expect to find a nude.Editing
This really was composed in camera almost no post process beyond a crop to eliminate the wellies !!In my camera bag
Two Olympus Cameras OMD-5 Mk1 & Mk2, range of pro lenses two flash guns and a Sony Video Camera with Filters for the Lenses, Tripod cards and a good supply of batteries on a day that was basically location scouting.Feedback
Just think outside the box and really look for the best in any site regardless of how derelict - consider the health & safety of the model of course. These buildings were in a dangerous condition.
