Stunning! Whoever built this house, liked to be secure, because that is surely a stone fortress!

This is a beautiful photo, and also one that gives us an opportunity to see something really unusual--there certainly aren't many houses like this one! Congratulations on being a finalist!

Gorgeous!! Subdued colors, yet striking. The reflection is masterful. Very well done!

This little house is called Castel Meur. It's located in Plougrescant, Brittany France, a beautiful village by the seaTime
That picture was taken in the afternoon of a very grey dayLighting
No lights on this very grey day but the lights were in my mind and I knew this beautiful little house deserved a nice treatmentEquipment

This house is one of Brittany landmark. Brittany, in France is a paradise for photographers. The coastal line of north Brittany is a succession of beautiful red colored rocks, fishing villages, lighthouse, very old church and so many moreEditing
Now, here comes the dream :) I did a sky replacement using Topaz labs (sky is from Burma). Refections were added in photoshop. One of my favorite picture and one of my favorite placeIn my camera bag

I'm not a professional photographer, this is really a hobby and a passion. Should one do something similar?? Let your imagination wanders, be creative, don't copy but you may be inspired by other people works. See as much possible of tutorials, there are so many great ones on the internet. Go outside with your camera and shoot. Don't forget your oldies but goodies, you might see them couple of years later with eyes and get inspired by a new processing. Just don't over do it
