Location
I took this photo when I visited the Palácio de Mafra (Mafra Portugal). There was an exhibit With several of this birds and I took some potos.Time
This photo was taken at aproximatly 12:00, on the 25 of february 2015.Lighting
The birds were inside the Palácio, in the cloister, so the light wasn't too bright.Equipment
I used my Canon 660D, with a EF S55-250 mm f/4-5.6 IS II len. I did't use tripod nor flash.Inspiration
I took it because I had the chance to be near birds of prey and I like them a lot.Editing
I'm not sure but I think I didn't do any post-processing. If I did it was just something to correct the highlights and shadows. In my camera bag
In my bag I carry the camera, Canon 600D, the lens (EF S18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II, EF S55-250 mm f/4-5.6 IS II and EF 50 mm f/1.8 II). I always carry two batteries one in the camera and a sapre in the bag.Feedback
Carry your camera al the time. This was a once in a life oportunity to capture this kind of birds of prey.
