This photo was taken on the Serengetti in Africa. It was the end of a great day on safari as we drove away. I tend to snap quickly from moving vehicles and hope to get the shot. I was lucky with this one.Time
This was obviously sunset time.Lighting
sunset or sunrises are my favourite lighting to shoot in.Equipment
I use a Nikon 3300 with a 70 to 300mm lensInspiration
I was snapping pictures everywhere as it was all photo worthy. Although tried to put the camera down once in awhile to take it all in.Editing
I do some but at the time of this photo all I used was photos on a mac. Not sure if I edited this one or not.In my camera bag
Nikon 3300 18 to 55 mm lens and 70 to 300 lens.Feedback
You can't always have time for a set up. You just keep taking pics and hope you get a good shot. I find it fun to see what turned out and what didn't. I don't do much planning usually just always looking for something beautiful, different , unique or story to tell. I love to make photobooks with my vacation photos so it is great to have lots to choose from.
