Location
This photo was taken on the North East coastline just before the sunrise. This is one of many from this area where industry was once thriving and many strange items are found on this beach worn away by the tides.Time
This was cold morning and believe me not as warm as it looks with that sunrise glow not reaching me until an hour later.Lighting
The lighting was natural from this exposureEquipment
My camera i used Nikon D810, Manfrotto 290 Tripod, Nikon 24/70 lens, @F8Inspiration
All things considered, this is local to me and yes I realize I'm lucky to have this more or less on my door step. Then will i be late for my normal job, that's where you have got to make the effort to get out there as I'm sure there is so much on our door step that we have never discovered yet. My inspiration is to get out there and to take photos and look back and remember what it took to get the image.Editing
I shot this in raw and used lightroom to bring my colours to what i seen on the shoot then into photoshop to get rid of any sensor dirt and its done. Not a massive amount of work in post as i like a more natural looking image. In my camera bag
In my bag: Nikon D810, D5, Cameras mostly because i shoot ice hockey and that's normally the two i use and my bag is set like this. Nikon 24/70 and 70/200 lenses, hahnel triggers, x3 6stop and x4 3stop ND circler filters, couple of torches and clothes ect and i'm ready. Not the norm for landscapes but i use what i have and go for it.Feedback
Always have a plan on your location you want to go to for to get that shot you have got in your mind or you have seen before and after checking all info possible, Get motivated and dare to set that alarm for 2 hours before that sunrise it's all out there for you Think Plan Execute
