Location
I took this photo in Glacier Park in Montana.Time
I took this photo sometime in the middle of the day. My son and I were hiking in Glacier Park with my Aunt. He decided to feed the wildlife, which I found out later was not allowed. But it was totally worth it because I got a great shot. That is his hand in the photo.Lighting
I didn't really use any special lighting for this shot.Equipment
I used a Nikon DLSR with a standard lens.Inspiration
I love wildlife and feel really connected with animals. I pick my shots carefully though. I feel that the animal photographed has to be doing something interesting like engaging with humans as in this photo.Editing
I did a little cropping and enhanced the color. I also adjusted the lighting a little for effect. In my camera bag
I always have my camera, extra batteries (I have 3) because you never know when you will need them. I also have a telephoto lens. Sometimes I carry my tripod, but only when I know that I'm going to use it. My phone is also a remote shutter so that comes in handy.Feedback
It's all about timing. This is why I always carry my camera with me.
