The little girl was looking at a picture of her Cousin in my shop wiindow with her Mum. I asked her and her Mum if she would like one taking as long as I could use her images in competitions..Editing
i usually do a bit of photo shop..Stray hairs and such like. I use frequency separation. I often use sliders. I use the temperature slider to the left if the images are too yellow for my taste. I do a bit in camera raw too. such as the adjustment tools.In my camera bag

I would say after the Rembrandt kind of lighting is used the most important thing is find out what is popular with a child of the age you are shooting. Keep talking to them. If they are engaged they are less likely to want to walk away with boredom. The usual time is about 20 minutes before they get tired.
