Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken at Nikiszowiec district in Katowice Poland.

Time

It was sunset, around 6PM. I remember it was September so the sun was really different than in summer months.

Lighting

I really like to take photos with natural light. Sometimes i'm using screen to reflect light but in this case it was impossible, because Fiat was moving.

Equipment

This photo was taken with another car running next to this one.

Inspiration

This car is using by Italian, who drove from Palermo to Katowice on own wheels. Nearly 2500 kilometers in this small old car! It was amazing so I decided to met him, talk and did him some photos in Poland.

Editing

Yes, I did some adjustments in Lightroom, but RAW was nearly the same like output photos because of perfect sunlight.

In my camera bag

I'm using Nikon D700 with Nikkor 24-70mm. This is my primary equipment. Sometimes i'm using 70-200mm and 50mm lens and reflect screen. I'm not using flash light, prefer rather sun light etc.

Feedback

This photo was captured from other, running car. Very important is to run at the same speed (40-50 km per hour) to get sharp and quality picture.
